On Wednesday, December 3, 2025, as part of EXPOCARGA 2025, the Forum “PROTRANSPORTE: Cargo, Logistics, Technology and Infrastructure” will be held at the Punta del Este Convention Center, an event where the main players in national events will discuss the present and future of the sector in Uruguay.

Welcome to a space dedicated to exploring both the present and the promising future of our sector. We gather to discuss how technological innovations, new regulations and global dynamics are shaping the way we move goods and manage supply chains. From digitalization and automation to sustainable challenges and new trends in mobility, this forum seeks to provide a comprehensive and proactive view of the ongoing transformations. We hope that the discussions and ideas shared here will drive the advancement of our strategies and solutions, allowing us to face together the challenges and take advantage of the opportunities that lie on the horizon.

In the afternoon of the Forum, we will hold the First Meeting of Logistics and Foreign Trade Students (and related majors) with the aim of encouraging exchanges among the entire educational ecosystem of the sector (students, professors, area coordinators and specialists). MEETING
The conference room, with a capacity for 250 people, will be the space for organizations and institutions that regulate and disseminate the development of appropriate regulations and the implementation of innovative technologies, promoting sustainable and safe transport, through alternative energies to fossil fuels. There will also be a space for companies that try to develop a low-carbon transport system, which will demonstrate their technological options and the cultural change that the dissemination, replication, monitoring and evaluation of this type of transport implies.
