Through a complementary agreement made between the organization of EXPOCARGA 2023 and the Gastronomic Corporation of Punta del Este, discount agreements have been obtained for those who attend the event.

The institution, made up of gastronomic establishments, is working on the construction of the Gastronomic Destination for Maldonado, a place where, in addition to highlighting the value of our local products, chefs get involved and generously provide their ideas to position our gastronomic culture and ensure that internal and external tourists choose them every day.

CRÊPAS - CRÊPES AND NATURAL JUICES

OFFER: 10% discount on cash payments. “Crêpas” is the title of our tasting menu. It is a story told through a long sequence of flavours. A staging in which we try to take the experiences of a place beyond the gustatory limits in which we usually walk. It is the kitchen, transformed into a new experience, which dialogues with art, music, design and fashion, intervening in space and time, to try to stir the senses, reflection, memory and feeling with each bite.

This journey called Crepas tells the story of two distant towns that destiny inexorably unites. It has two stages: a warm and acoustic indoor auditorium for 100 seats under the name: “Escenario Fattoruso” + an amphitheater in the middle of the forest outside for 300 spectators, under the name of “Escenario Parque”.

The programming for each season brings together the main exponents of popular music in the region. Among the main figures who have already performed on its stages are: Jaime Roos, Hermeto Pascoal, Luis Alberto Spinetta, Ruben Rada, Joao Bosco, León Gieco, Fernando Cabrera, Liliana Herrero, Yamandú Costa, Litto Nebbia, Hugo Fattoruso, Leny Andrade, Fabiana Cantilo, among others.

In addition, live recordings and carefully edited recordings have been made within the framework of the series “Live in Medio y Medio”: Trío Fattoruso, Mariano Otero Quintet, Trío Ibarburu, among others.

MEDIO Y MEDIO, year after year, expands its already extensive promotion and the most outstanding presence in the main graphic, television and radio media throughout the region, as far as a summer musical event is concerned.
