EXPOCARGA 2025: The unmissable event for transport and logistics in Uruguay

BIGGER, MORE INTERNATIONAL.

The third edition of EXPOCARGA has already been scheduled: from December 3 to 6, 2025, the Punta del Este Convention & Exhibition Center will be the epicenter of the transportation, logistics and mobility industry in Uruguay and the region. This exhibition, which seeks to establish itself as a regional reference, brings together specialists, professionals in the sector and leading companies, both national and international.

Following the very positive response from previous editions, which attracted more than 9,000 attendees, the third edition of EXPOCARGA promises to take the experience to a new level. With an exhibition area covering more than 6,000 m² in product and service companies, and another 8,000 m² dedicated to machinery and heavy vehicles, the event will bring together large, medium and small suppliers from the most varied sectors, from truck and bus manufacturers to innovative technological solutions for fleet management, digitalisation and process automation.

Exhibitors include companies specialising in electric mobility, artificial intelligence applied to logistics, and the Internet of Things (IoT), as well as manufacturers of commercial vehicles and trailers. This year, one of the main objectives will be to give visibility to new trends in urban mobility and sustainability, reflecting the progress of transport towards cleaner and more efficient solutions.

Punta del Este: An Ideal Setting

It is no coincidence that the Punta del Este Convention & Exhibition Center is once again the chosen venue for EXPOCARGA 2025. With its modern facilities and strategic location, this space offers the ideal environment to host a fair of this size, allowing exhibitors to deploy heavy machinery and equipment in open-air exhibitions, and offering visitors a comprehensive experience that includes networking areas, presentations and live demonstrations.

An Unmissable Opportunity

EXPOCARGA 2025 is shaping up to be the unmissable event for those looking to be protagonists in the future of transport and logistics in Uruguay and beyond. The possibility of accessing the main companies in the sector, discovering new technologies and establishing strategic alliances makes this event a key event for the development of a sector in constant evolution. It will not only be an exhibition venue, but also a space for entrepreneurs, governments, innovators and professionals from all over the world to collaborate to build the future of transport.

Organized by DISEÑO PRODUCCIONES, recognized for its leadership in industry events, and supported by the magazine Transporte Carretero, EXPOCARGA 2025 will be much more than an exhibition: it will be the meeting point where the challenges, opportunities and the future of mobility and logistics in the region will be discussed.

Thematic Forums: Keys for the Future

One of the great attractions of EXPOCARGA 2025 will be the thematic forums, which will provide a space for discussion and analysis on the challenges and opportunities of the sector:

PROTRANSPORTE | December 3: The Forum is dedicated to discussing and analyzing the challenges and opportunities of freight transport and logistics, bringing together experts, professionals and companies in the sector. In its third edition, it is positioned as a key meeting point for the exchange of ideas, the presentation of innovations and the development of solutions that promote efficiency and sustainability in the supply chain.

MOBILITY 4.0 | December 4: The event brings together industry leaders, innovators and experts to discuss the present and future of sustainable mobility technologies. As the world moves towards cleaner and more efficient energy solutions, this meeting becomes an essential platform to share knowledge, discuss challenges and discover opportunities.

PASSENGERS | December 5: Meeting and dialogue space for professionals, authorities, companies and users interested in the development and improvement of passenger transport (public transport, national and international tourism, taxis, school buses, etc.), aimed at promoting an environment of constructive and collaborative discussion that allows the implementation of practical and effective solutions for current and future challenges in the mobility sector.
